Welcome to the registration process for Madison 56ers Soccer Club!
Welcome to the Madison 56ers Registration site! From here you can create or update your Demosphere Account information to allow you to register online for Teams, Camps, events or tryouts.
If you are registering for a team or Tryouts, please be sure to have an updated photo ready to upload. This will be used for a player card should your son or daughter be assigned to a 56er team. You will not be able to complete the registration without a photo, so please have one ready!
